The mission of New Visions Homeless Services is to provide help, hope, and opportunities for our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness and hunger in the Council Bluffs and Omaha communities. New Visions places a special emphasis on helping individuals identify and overcome the trauma they have faced in their lives and the barriers to independence.
